Veterinary Outreach Hawaye Kebele Ethiopia

A Veterinarian Civic Action Program (VETCAP) outreach, sponsored by Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, took place in mid-July in the villages of Korome and Hawaye Kebele, Ethiopia.

Soldiers of 353rd Specialty Funcitonal Team worked with local veterinarian technicians to vaccinate villagers’ animals.

VETCAP outreach contributes to building a more highly trained, confident, and skilled veterinary force, while directly impacting the nation’s capability to provide for its own animal population.
